This is my 3^rd year at Linden Kildare HIgh School and I love it here!  I look forward to building more relationships with the students and helping to prepare them for the future.  I will provide student guidance in areas of social and academic support as well as developing short and long term goals for their future and help them discover their plans for after high school. 

After graduating college in May 2005, I started teaching in August of 2005 at a small 2A school outside of Huntsville, TX.  I taught Algebra I, Math Models and I was also the head volleyball coach and assistant basketball coach. I had to leave this school at Christmas break of my 2nd year because my husband's job took us to another town in Texas.   After leaving this school, I didn't teach for almost 2 yeears because I knew that my husband's job would make us move again so I was a substitute and worked full time at a veterinarian's office.   Our last move in February of 2008 brought us to Cass county.  Once we moved to Cass County, I started teaching Agriculture Science at Atlanta High School from 2008-2015.  I loved my teaching job but I felt like I was needed somewhere else and I wanted to be able to serve more students.   I have been involved in public education my entire life and I love working with teenagers and building lasting relationships. 

I have been married to my wonderful husband since May 2003 and we have beautiful twin daughters that are 8 years old.  They are 3^rd graders at Linden-Kildare Elementary and they love being "TIGERS!"  Our family loves animals and we currently have 2 dogs, a cat and a horse named Pepper.

My family enjoys being outdoors together, hunting, camping and having picnics.  In my spare time, I enjoy reading, relaxing with a jigsaw puzzle, completing soduko puzzles, and completing small craft projects or small furniture restoration projects.
